This book by Dr Shahzadi Harper and Emma Bardwell, a Nutritionist is clear and easy to understand what the perimenopause is and what you can do to help manage it.  They break it down into segments and explain about HRT, exercise, sleep, food and many other things associated with the menopause. Every woman is different and we will all go through it in different ways and It was interesting to read how having children, not having children or IVF affects us. Women who have not given birth, are likely to start the perimenopause early.
